REDUCING THE TOXIC BURDEN IN YOUR BODY

* Drink Green Tea daily - this will help increase the amount of toxicants in the toilet.

* Eat green veggies daily - the more greens you get in the better.

* Eat brown rice or use a rice bran fiber product daily.

* Eat members of the brassica family daily (broccolli, Brussell's sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, kale).

* Consider getting some colonic irrigations - the fastest way to reduce your toxic load.

What are the most toxic foods?

In my opinion, the MOST Toxic food currently avialable is Atlantic Salmon (along with other farmed fish).

These all have high levels of PCBs and chlorinated pesticides. Sardines are also high in these.

Non-organic dairy (milk, cheese, butter, etc.) and peanut butters are the next highest source of chlorinated pesticides.
